Designing an Educator's Marketplace
Nearpod's mission is to make teaching easier with the interactive tools, resources, and content teachers need, all in one place. With the development of their educator's marketplace, teachers can share their lessons with fellow teacher's and make a profit. The concept was to develop a portal using a gamification approach that would entice teacher's to share their work with increasing frequency.
The user persona was creating based on teacher interviews, which allowed the development of the unique needs of this use group. Initial prototypes where tested with the use group and refined into both mobile and desktop wireframes which were then further developed, tested and iterated.
